RE:RE:Couldn't Resistif you lack other resource material (e.g. such as Stockwatch), the first place to start is the company website, which this page shows a link to. From that, you can get a pretty good picture of what makes a particular company tick (or not): e.g., the directors, management and their history in the industry; their primary properties, share structure, fact sheets and financials, and corporate presentations.
The website for LAB is pretty good.
Also, for this stock in particular, take a look and listen to a few of the YouTube interviews with Quentin Hennigh, advisor/and/or director for New Found Gold and many other companies, who is great at presenting the geological argument for the chances(NOT guarantee) of a positive outcome for this location, (considering NFG is really the continuation of the same fault structure that LAB shares (directly to the NE of NFG).
Also, documents are filed with governmental agencies at SEDAR and SEDI.
