What people seem to not realize is that it doesnt matter what NFG shares trade at between now and the closing date. LAB only gets $20M in NFG shares at that date. In essence you would want NFG to have a depressed shareprice between now and closing. Then hope for the price to rise afterwards. If NFG is like $10 by closing then LAB only gets 2M shares and so much for the
