Yeah, there is the old mill foundation with a couple of old ball mill drums, and it would even be questionable as to whether or not any of it can be refurbished. I found it interesting that the article suggested the underground crusher may also be refurbished since it's been underwater for a couple of decades now. The rest of the "infrastructure" is old, rusted, falling apart and shot up by campers. Look the place up on youtube and see what a dump it is, inside and out. Even LAD's corp presentaion uses a picture from 1984, and for good reason.
