Its Financing Operations segment provides financing to customers buying and leasing retail vehicles from its Vehicle Operations. The Company operates approximately 482 locations representing 51 brands across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

After the rollback LAD will have less than 20 mill shares outstanding...at .60 CAD that would be 12MM market cap, could very easily reach that once drilling starts and a few good holes come back. 200K CAD from flow through shares that have to be utilized for drilling.
