This is how I read it: The withdrawl of the 1mm$ tranch from Alumina requires tsx approval because they're issuing shares and warrants. They said that the phase 1 trial will cost about 1mm$

I can see that the two things are related, but I don't see how the approval from the tsx to issue shares and raise 1mm$ also means that the tsx needs to approve the phase 1 trial.
