Website makes no sense

to contact Lattice for testing....they would have to be frontline with clinics/hospitals.

Critical patients only have the illness for a few days to two weeks, and the outcome is recover or die.  IMO this process must be very fluid or one does not get the worm so to speak.

I doubt patients are Googleing internet websites for treatment options.

Anyhow just my two cents, I think we are doing trials somewhere and they must have some indications/results also....$6Million backing them agrees with me.

Cheers

Trial hasn't been started if you read the news carefully, they would get first 1M once phase 1 trial starts and then remaining. I guess they are still waiting for approval from FDA  to start the trial. It's been more than 1.5months since first patient was recruited and might have died by now from waiting to get it cured from LBL. I was following other stem cells producing treatments ...more

Incorrect. It states they need $1 million to get phase 1 approval. They don't need the money from them for that.    Further, the Company has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 10 million units ("Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,000,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit will be comprised of one common share ...more

In the release for the alumina deal, they state: This facility replaces the previously announced private placement announced on March 17th, 2020. Which is the 10million unit offering that you quoted.

Which world are you living in? That's why I mentioned read the news carefully. With recent 6M funding they did cancel the previous PP which you mentioned. Also, you answer my question about first 1M once phase 1 gets approval, and that what I am taking about no approval yet, so trial hasn't even started yet. This guys way behind.

This is how I read it: The withdrawl of the 1mm$ tranch from Alumina requires tsx approval because they're issuing shares and warrants. They said that the phase 1 trial will cost about 1mm$ I can see that the two things are related, but I don't see how the approval from the tsx to issue shares and raise 1mm$ also means that the tsx needs to approve the phase 1 trial.

It's not TSX who gives phase 1 trial approval, looks like you are newbie in this market. Gl. Their very first release was misleading about recruiting patients for trial and give them immunoboost but before all that happens their trial must be approved by US FDA which hasn't imo. Let's forget about all this. Why it take more than a month to recruit 10 patients in states where everyday ...more

thanks, you're right I'm a newbie, I re-read their release about recruitment and there's no mention of needing any approval to start, just that they were recruiting. Wouldn't this imply that they had the approval to hold the trial?  Perhaps they havn't recruited 10 patients because, like you say, they don't have fda approval for the trial itself. I was just googling ...more
