It's nice to look at the glass half full, but the issue has always been recruitment. They've given up on hospital and will now be trying in therapy clinics. Meanwhile competitors are reporting positive results, receiving FDA fast-track and moving onto Stage II and Stage III clinical trials. 

I am speculating that it will take them quite some time to acquire the 10 patients and report the findings. In that time the SP will likely drop... this is a real coin toss
