The Company holds over 3.6 million acres of mineral titles, 3.33M acres in Alberta. The Company’s Boardwalk Lithium Brine Project is located in west-central Alberta, approximately 85 kilometers (km) east of the City of Grande Prairie and 270 km northwest of the City of Edmonton. The Project consists of 30 Alberta Metallic and Industrial Mineral contiguous permits covering an area of 572,237 acres, within a LithiumBank total land package of approximately four million acres in west-central Alberta. Its Park Place is land consisting of 1,571,364 acres of mineral titles, 50 km south of Boardwalk. The Company holds Saskatchewan with 336,595 acres of mineral permits across three separate property areas.
