Insider Trading= None You must remember the PP at 10 cents came with warrants. Some investors sell there shares and hold the warrants to cash out at a future date. The shares have more than doubled, so someone who bought 100,000 shares in the PP at 10 cents sells around 22.5 cents pays your initial shares 10 and buys your warrants at 12.5 So you are now free of cost and own 100,000 warrant shares.
