RE: all set for the pfsopps, my mistake I meant 100s of millions. I still think  CYP on their own does not have the ability to raise that kind of capital based on the land base being their only collateral.  In saying that I am not knocking Bill's ability .  They require a well heeled partner.  What  percentage of the project they have to give to obtain that funding is immaterial if it pushes the project forward and moves the share price to where it should be.  Why Fulogas is now talking about going it alone baffles me especially when he is the one that was telling us about this mysterious third party wanting the testing that has now been completed.  Is he telling us that they have withdrawn their interest in the project? .  Would sure like to know what the status of this third party is.  Are they still interested or have they left the party.
