Gotta call BSFirst off you can, with the right account, just sell your warrants at the current trading price. No need to sell shares to buy them. Just sell them at whatever price they are trading. Company gets the exercise price, you keep the difference.
Second a quick look at Cdn Insider shows most of the sells after, well after October 15th.
Call it what you want, I know what I call it.

"Hi Matthias, Since I signed on two years ago , neither executive nor director for Noram Ventures Inc. has taken any compensation in the form of salary or daily rate. Some directors that preceded me to this company had 14 cent warrants that were due Oct 15 2020, and many of these warrants were exercised, with the directors covering the cost by selling shares."
