For me it is about the (H20 rights). I am glad the team is on that! Abermarle is expanding in the area & is the "Water Elephant" in the Valley. Federal & State permits will be needed. (some of these take more time than others.)
When CYDVF gets the H20 secured the rest will fall into place for me.
Good time to add ad or get in at these levels under the last PP offering. Execute the plan Cypress- team, & let's see how their timeline unfolds....
