RE:RE:You do realize they don't have the water....They bought water rights from Sunrise but it's being contested in court now. What they bought is only about half of what they need. No on in the valley is going to get water as there isn't any outside of what Albermarle controls. Cypress "hopes" they can buy the rest of the water they need from Albermarle but I doubt that will happen. Albermarle owns the valley and will own all the clay deposits eventually for pennies on the dollar. There's half a dozen Canadian junk miners milking shareholders in the area and none of them have nor will they ever get water. This is a well studied aquifer and there is only so much to go around. Cypress will probably prevail in the court case but that only gets then half the acre feet they need. I don't see how they will get the other half. You people should do better due diligence instead of getting all excited over press releases and lithium fever. All the other projects in Clayton Valley are going to fail after they get money from ignorant shareholders....Cypress is the only outfit other than Albermarle to have any water rights at all....but again....they only have half what they need and no way Albermarle is going to sell some of theirs They can just wait it out and pick up the whole valley for next to nothing.....You should do some homework on this.
