The agreement they made is in court and only accounts for 55% of their future needs. Albermarle controls the valley water....You could end up with nothing if they can't get water.  It's the same problem everyone in the valley has except Albermarle...most of those projects will go bust

They bought water rights from Sunrise but it's being contested in court now. What they bought is only about half of what they need. No on in the valley is going to get water as there isn't any outside of what Albermarle controls. Cypress "hopes" they can buy the rest of the water they need from Albermarle but I doubt that will happen. Albermarle owns the valley and will own all

They will need 2000 gallons per minute...that is the water shortfall.  Do the math on that.  Trucking water is ridiculous. Without an additional 2000 gallons per minute this dog can't hunt....just like the rest of the projects currently stealing shareholders money. Typical response from an ignorant dreamer who doesn't bother to consider risk factors.  They do not have all the water they need. They are 2000 GPM short which is millions of gallons per day.  Try doing homework before making ignorant claims.
