Very Interesting. I also hope they are smart enought to strategically place the pilot plant and design it in such a way that it can be added onto slowly.  I would LOVE to see us start off small and ramp up construction with cash flow.  Can you imagine if we could get a small operation going for like $100 million and then expand with cash flow how lucrative that could be in 5-10 years?

Create the long term vision and execute. Not sure why they do not want to take to production.  Do we not have the right people to do so?  We would need more obviously.

i would hope we would know soon with the next news release, if its not a JV but an appointment/addition to the board of directors, it would give us an indication of where they are headed....
