You may be right, DCF may have planned to strip LEC's IP assets right from the start using near worthless Aussie biodiesel assets as the bait. That being done Wekerle has increased his hold on DCF ...more

That's the same move they pulled at John Byrne's deal Wasabi Energy which I believe, along with DCF, is a big shareholders of LEC.  Also, Steven Morris who was originally with Wasabi ...more

EPA certification

This will open doors but not close deals.  Gives me some confidence in the management and business plan. I think the bottom is in at least until production costs are known.
