That's the same move they pulled at John Byrne's deal Wasabi Energy which I believe, along with DCF, is a big shareholders of LEC.  Also, Steven Morris who was originally with Wasabi moved over to Lignol. 

Nice moves gentlemen...except of course for all the other shareholders who lose out.  I hope someone picks up on the b.s.
