They are well ahead of schedule and in the process of establishing commercial sales, and the off-take agreements for HP-L will follow from that exercise.
The pact with Novozymes is also very advanced and requires only minor fine-tuning to meet their cost targets.
Its probable that the commercial project will be associated with a major partner within the realm of " green " capital expenditures that can attract a Govt funding grant.
A good example would be a pulp mill with a "dirty" foot-print.
The advantages of this approach is that it is a quick route to commercial production and Lignol's costs may be carried, sparing us debt and dilution, should it opt for reduced WI.
Lignol also has the option of expanding its pilot refinery to meet near-term demand sales.
The current capacity is about $1 million in product per year.
