Mr. David Lyall reports

David Lyall has acquired ownership of 462,000 common shares in the capital of Lignol Energy Corp. representing approximately 0.93 per cent of the issuer's issued and outstanding common shares. Following this acquisition, Mr. Lyall owned 2,974,367 common shares and exercised control or direction over an aggregate 2,343,917 common shares for a total of 5,318,284 common shares representing approximately 10.66 per cent of the issuer's issued and outstanding common shares.

The securities were acquired for investment purposes at 12 cents per share through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Lyall intends to evaluate these holdings and to increase or decrease the investment as circumstances warrant.

Looks like he accumulated through a BMO account and was responsible for turning around the down trend, then transferred to a Haywood account in a single lot transaction which of course moved the market again. I could be wrong but an insider is not going to buy the lot at .12 after a month of trading around .09.  Anyway, the guy is obviously sharp and a good indicator of future action, I ...more

To the best of my knowledge, options below .10 were not allowed by the TSX regulators. Does anyone know if this has changed since last year? Not sure why Rushton was allowed to exercise options at .02. Is that correct or was it done in error. It's quite interesting and peculiar at the same time.
