AR fuels
Anyone figured out how to value this deal? No news item on the AR fuels web page yet (ASX not open yet). Are we going to see a pnd or is there some actual synergy here?

This deal seems very positive for Lignol and I think our long awaited time to shine is coming soon. They have decades of solid research and progress, now it's time for them to monetize and us to be rewarded for our patience.

interesting move with the cash. The investment's plants cost 150mil to build and lec will own 11% so they're definitely not paying up. My question is, what about the money needed to continue with their current testing? I had just started to acculmulate this thinking this would be a good play on corn, may consolidate for a while though cause of a pp and aquisition.
