RE:RE:TSX.VHe earlier said every time they want to apply it is roughly $250k in lawyer fees just to get letters in every district, plus 200k listing fee (as per tsxv website) so about half a mil to apply. Applications can take a while. Could be 2018 when it happens. Which is why I am unsure what the SP will do for all of december. I want to take another larger position but will see what happens first couple days this week and reassess.
