Probably not. They just raised $4M then forced warrant acceleration which would bring in another $4M. 

 

Honestly, they'd be smart to do a quick 10M share finance at maybe $1.00/share with half or 1 warrant per share bought. They'd bring in another $10M fast and another 4% dilution for what they couuld do with $10M seems paltry to me.


 

Then again they could wait until February/march unless they have big plans, when the SP hopefully/likely will be closer to or above the $2 range and do a finance then at a higher price. With that money they could buy a sales only LP in australia and do the same thing with namasteMD over in australia. I think that would be an excellent decision although I'm pretty sure they're already working on it.
