Does  anyone know how it would play out if the share price tanked per unit and then a company took over of much greater value ? how that would trnaslate in cosolidation to there stock. So say someone bought in a 2.50 and company took over at 80 cents how does that play out?

anyone now how that would work? Now you have me thinking BIG PICTURE long term agenda's!

Please,.. the company won't short change themselves. They better get it done though and fast, before the court krap begins. Sean should be keen on a nice quick payout, like the rest of us!
