RE:Monday EstimatesAll in all there were no great surprises in the financial reports which for those negative folks that were praying for some potentially impacting write-down came as a let down when none was announced. With the addition of the new members to the BOD this company and management ditching the corporation's dead wood, it is well positioned to make positive strides going forward. I think investors will breathe a sigh of relieve that there weren't any cockroaches to jump out at them in the reports. I didn't think there would be but it helps to see it officially. I'm sure the market feels the same.
So what now or should I say what now after Trump finishes throwing knuckle balls at the markets? Namaste is the same as every other cannabis stock in the sector in that it publishes objectives and then investors wait and see if it meets or better yet, beats their guidance. Nobody really expects it to be profitable so soon after legalization when no else in the sector is but I think if shareholders could get an honest sense of " we're getting there " it would greatly improve the confidence in the company and its sp. For that management has to step up and show the market that it isn't just talk. They can't be seen as simply there to collect a fat paycheque while putting out frivolous news. The market will be watching even more closely after the Dollinger era has come to a close. The Amazon of cannabis or just a snotty nose kid with crazy ambitions? The next few quarters should answer if we are really getting there. In the meantime if they have some blow your mind positive news to share then I urge them to release it asap to get the sp moving in the right direction again. A SH chat board can't do it alone.
