I think it was posted to SEDAR in 2020, but I'm not sure. I tried checking, but I don't see a search function on SEDAR, and I don't want to download 100 PDFs just to check. Meni stated the legal case was settled with Zenabis over the use of the Namaste name. Zenabis pays something like 500,000 over 1 year to N, and after the final payment in September 2021 is received, N agrees to change their company name (the rebranding mentioned by N for Sep/Oct).
