New name

Should either effectively change Namaste to Cannmart or otherwise change both to something else to create a better brand. Currently when purchasing in store the brand is namaste, but obviously online we go to Cannmart, so it should be both the same name in brick and mortor and online, so I think actually somehow just rename to Cannmart so there's better brand recognition / general awareness... anyway we shall see what they do!

The brands that N sells in brick and mortar shops are "CannMart", "Roilty", "Phyto" and a few others.  "Namaste" is a brand of Zenabis, and all products labelled as "Namaste" are theirs, not ours.  This name confusion is the reason for the name change coming soon, they paid N hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep using the Namaste name ...more

It's in sedar and PR from year ago ,N got to change name before end of year . Can't help more I'm on cellphone.

I think it was posted to SEDAR in 2020, but I'm not sure.  I tried checking, but I don't see a search function on SEDAR, and I don't want to download 100 PDFs just to check.  Meni stated the legal case was settled with Zenabis over the use of the Namaste name.  Zenabis pays something like 500,000 over 1 year to N, and after the final payment in September 2021 is received ...more
