RE:SURPRISE !!!! Now we know why we were sitting at 6 cents...." without a hold period" each time they get those shares they don't sell them.
This is strong message, some of ex-owners of Labs are insiders. They know value of the company better than I do.
They don't sell shares.
Ex-owners got more shares after Labs start being big player in Canada.
I don't like it ,but maybe they wouldn't sell 49% without this kind of incentive.
ps. Look at the percentage of Canadian market share ,they grabbed in Canada soon after they started production.
