Last report I’ve s even is they still retain a 49% equity interest .  They cancelled their existing order with choklat due to mgmt disagreements. if anyone else has any new news on them?

N and Choklat are going through court right now over contract disputes.  The court case could end with N having a little over 50% control of Choklat, or a little less than 49%.  Depends on lots of factors -- wether Choklat paid their loan on time, whether Choklat was allowed to dilute the share base, wether N broke any of its agreements, etc.
