that means additional shares will be issued at some point which will both increase the capitalization and dilute the value per share until they turn those dollars into additional ounces. Hence one should consider the dilution that might occur over the next two years when doing their multiples.
Let's remember everybody's bagger calculation is different. Some of my shares were purchased at $.46. Additional shares I purchased as part of the private placement at $1.35.
