Very surprising to see it drop this low

I'm in at these levels and higher, and this is now a fairly large position in my portfolio. The chart looks brutal on this one, but I don't get it - they've got cash on hand, a few decent projects, pretty good management team. Insiders hold quite a bit as well. And no comments on this board since July last year. Comments anybody???
