They don't specifically mention what is happening to the interest payment on the debs due at the end of the month. I'm guessing this payment is also getting postponed for three years as well. I'm surprised they didn't just pay the debentures and interest in common shares. This would totally wipe out the current shareholders, but they pretty much have already been wiped out.
