Thank you for an information. Now it is a lot more clear. There are more resources in disputed concessions than I expected (20% my estimate vs. 45% actual)

It is easier to predict next steps. Li will, probably, stop exploring Peruvian assets until all legal issues will be cleared out or risk lose more $.
It will be focusing on Nevada deposit, which make sense anyway. 

I do not think Plateau's uranium deposit will be spinnig off, at least for now, as it is part of disputed concessions, separating them will only slow down legal process.

So AL is fallen now on the risk to lose 1/2 of Peruvian assets. Later, it will have extra catalysts - Nevada development and in mid-term on Peruvian situation, if AL win.
