I am going to offer a different more hopeful take

Lion One has a lot of potentially rich targets...most of their money is going to the production side...I think the recent raise of funds is for exploration....the weather should be favorable soon to drill drill drill...I don't think there is some kind of issue going on...I may be wrong but this is my take on the overnight fund raise

There was money on the table & these guys have shown time & again that they are not shy about taking it when it is there. It does lead to hiccups but it will fill that down GAP

In the long term, I'm optimistic about LIO.  That being said, selling shares at 50 cents when the market price was 70 cents (and with 65 cent warrants) was stupid.  (Or, as I have seen with other gold companies, the shares were placed with friends and family.) They raised C$10.5m and the company market cap has dropped C$40m.  This often also happens with equity placements ...more
