FMV $1.4 billion / cash $125 million / mkt cap $ 68 million

We are trading at a level that is 60% of CASH.

No value given for property that Stellantis bought in, which they valued at $ 600 million USD.

And no value given for 2nd property which is next door and valued by Rio Tinto at $ 825 million.

So $ 1.4 billion value, that can be had for $ 68 million.
