If Chengxin took 3 million shares. Who is the other investor that bought the other 7 million shares? Nobody has mentioned that. If anyone knows please help a brother out.>>>BDM

obviously no insiders or they would have to report.  Understand it was spread out, no other institutions.  Watch out next week.
