Paes-Braga, Matysek not aware of any $LIX insider sells

Paes-Braga, Matysek not aware of any $LIX insider sellsAs a Lithium X shareholder, I was a bit spooked by tonight's TMX Money report that a LIX insider had sold 821,000 shares today. Link here: https://www.tmxmoney.com/TMX/HttpController?GetPage=SearchInsiderTrade&Language=en&Submit=Submit&QuerySymbol=Lix&x=0&y=0

The insider name was not provided.

Canadian public company insiders must report their insider trades to SEDI within five calendar days, so there is potentially more information coming.

It’s the middle of the night here in Dubai but I called Brian Paes-Braga, Lithium X CEO in Vancouver to ask about the trade. He says he did no make the trade nor know what happened.

Brian patched in Paul Matysek, LIX’s Executive Chairman, who also said he did not make the trade. Paul wonders if it was some sort of fat-finger mistake?

Lithium X is contacting TMXMoney for an explanation.

https://ceo.ca/lix will have more on this topic as it happens.
