RE:Cash deal?

RE:Cash deal?I was in lithium one many years back, I wasn't happy with current chairman who was ceo of lithium one at the time. I am not LIX's SH, I dont like the deal. The shareholders are sold out short. From the SP response, there will be no counter bid comming, otherwise, SPshould be higher than the offer. It is normally lower than the offer price, and will gradually close the gap when close to the closing date, the lower SP also indicates there is a risk that the deal may fall apart.
Skidaddle wrote: A newbie/uninformed question for the group. Why did LIX not trade closer to the cash offer of $2.61 today? What are we waiting for besides confirmation by a 2/3 shareholder vote in February. If not approved I suppose it could slide lower, but isn't there also a chance of a competitive or hostile bid from one of the big LI players?
