Just like Canada and OIl - respond to the market fast or be left sucking the hind tit.  Actually, Canada is the richest lithium nation in reality.  CHeck CRE, NMX, LMR, etc.  lots of plays going unnoticed.  Time to invest in Canada - Argentina has political problems, almost a banana republic.
