Drilling Starting Soon...
There should be some exictement as the drilling program should commence in May/June. There's gold, how much? Thoughts are > 1 million ounces.

I absolutely agree, good risk vs reward scenario here, especially at the current price. LKY has a huge land concession and is surrounded by discoveries and profitable production mines. Wayka is their area of focus but there are other areas LKY owns to still be explored. Exiciting times.

I remember talking to a felow who, many many years ago, used to buy gold in that area from the locals (gold that had been harvested from the surface) at a discount to the market price and then he sold it back in the city for a profit. Neat way to make a living and the locals were appreciative of being able to sell their gold for money.

Today's news release is encouraging and is consistent with what I was told years ago - locals harvesting gold in the area from the surface. If the market weren't so skittish right now we'd probably be trading higher - and with some volume.

I agree the market is unpredicatbale ATM. I watched the presentation today. Overall I think LKY presents very well. You can hear the excitement in the CEO's voice. This is certainly the point where the rubber meets the road. Only a matter of weeks until we start seeing drill results!

Francois is doing a fantastic job in a brutal, brutal environment for junior gold stocks. Hopefully the bloodletting will end before they start releasing drill results. I think this could be an incredibly good story before the end of the year. The markets are just grizzly right now so we just have to be patient and hope that they hit some big holes in June.
