I wonder why NOU didn't buy Mason while they were at it or fused with it? I believe it would have been  a win win for shareholders on both sides. Anyone?

Make a lot of sense StockscoutX. Maybe the transaction  was a condition to an investment from a tird party like the government or battery partner or both.
