As I said no serious NGC shareholders capitulation has been triggered for now.

Perhaps a 15% to 25% discounted to book value per share flow-through charity equity offering for a certain "Sprott" client (perhaps Eric Sprott himself) or even a run of the mill kind of equity offering being discounted as discribed would serve in triggering those stop losses set by NGC shareholders electing to capitulate during  this tax loss selling season?

At some point going forward, I suspect a 1 Million + NGC shares daily trading shares volume could be unleashed by or on behalf of those NGC shareholders electing to dump and run just as fast as they can.
