Make 35% in 2 years low risk no tax capital gain under holding company", I have to tell you that should that holding company be domiciled within Canada, there is corporate taxation of revenues, investment derived ROI, etc., i.e. unless of course the Canadian domiciled holding company has more than enough tax liabilities defraying attributes on hand with which to entirely nullify all otherwise payable taxation liabilities either owed by the company and/or the company's employees and investors.
