having been through similar situation on a past M&A:
I believe there is a good and bad to this event:
The bad; in my opinion it relates to an acquisition that went wrong. Going to back over the last few PR's, and factoring in the AGM notes, looks like they, in negotiation found few issues that derailed a potential acquisition. Having announced working with DRA is (in my mind) a sign that their calculations of operating costs have weakness.... this is directly the working of a CFO.

the Good: Cynthia is telling the truth... there is an acquisition.

all in all its not a fuzzy feeling that such a move emits. But it shows there will be another attempt (expected soon).

watch out for a change in Cynthia's main residence .... if she moves closer to the mine.... I think there is a deal happening which requires her to be on the helm for a while to come.
