Barrick has no ownership of Equinox

Barrick has no ownership of EquinoxI didn't see it corrected but there have been a lot of posts recently so I will post now.
It was mentioned that Barrick owned Equinox which is and isn't true. Barrick bought Equinox Mineral, a copper miner, in 2011.
Equinox Gold who owns 60% of Hardrock with Orion Mining Mine Finance owning the other 40% was created in Dec 2017 through a merger of Trek Mining, Newcastle Gold and Anfield Gold. They later aquired Premier Gold who owned the Hardrock project in Dec 2020. So Barrick has no ownership in the area other than Hemlo that I know of.
