I have posited the idea before that they want a low stock price so more friends and family can keep scooping up shares but the 80% friends and family ownership hasn't  seemed to increase, does anyone know if there are any disclosures that need to/or do get filed to back up and validate the claim of 80% friends and family ownership?

I am guessing maybe someone who got in at the low-mid 30s maybe bought quite a few shares and they're trying to make a few cents profit per share? That or maybe someone is pessimistic and trying to unload at a set price range, get their money back?
