RE:RE:RE:RE:Think like the Buyeri think cynthia is truly going to try and get as much as possible but my personal opinion is that LME is going to take a bit of a hit if they really try to move forward with an all cash deal. i think they will have to take a bit of a hit to actually have that come through, its a huge price to ask for all cash. a percentage is going to come out for that, but i think its okay to take a hit on the overal price if everything else is solid and if its for a good price and not bargain bin offers. just my 2 cents.
and i am all for an all cash offer lol makes it alot easier for me
