RE:Back to the 40s

RE:Back to the 40s

ya i questioned it for a while but it is what they want (who knows they make take a highest bidder with a split tho, things change when 1 or multible B's are involved). but i am sure they understand the ups/downs of all cash for themselves, the buyers, and shareholders (which honestly they probably dont care about us at all lol). might have to take a hit on overall price but its easier to wipe your hands with and be done with once pen hits paper.

i fought it for a while asking myself why would they do that but then i thought of a housing market and if you were to sell your house for say 100k, someone offers 110k but has to deal with a loan and selling their house in the meantime, but another buyer comes forth with 95-100k cash and is ready to go right now. some might say wait for max but others might just want to be done with it and take the offer and profits and move on without the headaches. idk if that makes sense but that is my line of thinking and why i have come to terms with an all cash (which still could change) offer
