RE:RE:RE:RE:Bending in the right direction.....This is very much a private placement with the amount of equity controlled by long only shareholders that have some kind of connection to the CEO plus a group like this that is also (presumably) long only.

The share price is just about the feels of your balance in your investment accounts, not relevant to operations or buyout in any way.

Better up than down, to be sure but there's not enough volume to derive any intel, charts, formations, quants etc....

Think of this like a non-public investment that doens't get marked to market until disposition and you'll sleep alot easier.

Got extra money?  Buy more shares.  No extra dough?  Let it ride.  As long as you don't miss the big show.
