In any event, regardless of any direct proof, I don't think that Cynthia would have been able to write those releases herself given all the new legal references there.
Similarly, I am sure that the description of the "Special Committe" functions was written by lawyers, even though supposedly sent by Cynthia-there is no way that anyone other than a lawyer would have written all that.
