There's no formula for valuation when it comes to mineralized properties.  I've learned by listening to Cynthia that these projects are all entirely about unique with positives and negatives that are foreseen as well as challenges and opportunities that come up as you work the land.  


I also looked at GBR and any number of other deals and the thing they have been in common is that they have very little in common.  Br careful applying the arithmetic from Deal A to Deal B, I don't think it's universal.  


the goal on the Ishkoday day one was significant to be sure and Cynthia is happy with the results of the work to date.  That doesn't add up to A times B plus C equals buyout.  


like any asset the value will ultimately be determined when an offer(s) on the table and a sale is made.  I join you in hoping that number is outstanding but I won't join you in guessing.
